Chinese cuisines have always been an important part of the Chinese culture. On Tuesday, 20th August, the Chinese Program students at Quarry Hill Primary School learned how to make dumplings with their Chinese teachers Ms Zhang Yi and Ms Piao Ye in their Chinese class. Although some students had been to Chinese restaurant before, this was their very first time to make Chinese food themselves. The whole cooking lesson included the ingredient mixing session, the wrapping dumpling observation session, the wrapping session, the cooking session and the tasting session. Students were engaged in very part of it, particularly when they were eating their self-made dumplings. Comments are closed.
