当地时间5月24日,澳大利亚本迪戈中学孔子课堂开展中国饮食文化体验活动,来自孔子课堂太极班的学员们参加此次活动。 活动当天,太极班学员们在罗莎琳德公园练习太极拳,到孔子课堂语言中心亲自体验包饺子,感受中国的饮食文化。学员们学习了包饺子的全过程,从拌馅儿开始,用准备的牛肉末、荸荠、香葱和各种调料进行制作。学员们一起切香葱、剁荸荠、拌馅儿、做蘸料,互相交流包饺子的小技巧,学习包饺子的不同方法。随后,学员们学习了煎饺子,先煎再蒸。在大家的共同努力下,学员们完成了饺子。此外,本迪戈中学孔子课堂还赠送给学员们《跟我学:包饺子》碟片。 What a great experience at Bendigo Senior Secondary College Confucius Classroom with Taichi students from Bendigo community making dumplings after Tachi class in Rosalind Park. Instead of focusing on wrapping, the majority of Taichi students want to start by preparing the fillings. “I would like to make dumplings for my grandchildren.” Zany said. The Chinese teacher prepared beef mince, water chestnuts, spring onions and various seasonings. Together, they chopped spring onions, water chestnuts, mixed the stuffing in clockwise direction, as well as made the dipping sauce with soy sauce, vinegar and, of course, Laoganma (a famous spicy chilli sauce). The students also exchanged tips on how to make dumplings without revealing the stuffing, as well as different ways of wrapping. 活动反响热烈,学员们赞不绝口,纷纷表示学会了包饺子后,要做给家人、朋友和孔子课堂的教师们吃,感谢教师们为本迪戈社区做出的贡献。 据悉,本迪戈中学孔子课堂自2014年开设太极拳社区体验课以来,先后招收了30余名学员。孔子课堂太极拳表演频频亮相本迪戈社区的春节、复活节等大型文化活动,受到当地民众的喜爱。 After making dumplings, they fried dumplings. At the end of the social gathering, each student received a DVD "Follow me: Chinese Dumplings" as a gift from Bendigo's Confucius classroom. It is reported that, there are more than 30 students has joined the Taichi learning and practice session which runs by Bendigo Senior Secondary College Confucius Classroom since 2014.
